For your convenience we accept Visa and MasterCard. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment (co-payment if you have insurance) is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have insurance, a co-pay, if applicable, will be collected from you at the day of your visit and a claim will be submitted to your insurance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. If you have a balance due, We will send you a detailed statement. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan (CareCredit), but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
